When I’m not working with clients, you can probably find me on a hike or on the couch with my dog, BamBam—there is no in-between. Outside of nutrition, I’m a big fan of boxing (it’s my way to blow off steam) and I’ve recently fallen in love with running—there’s something about hitting the pavement that helps clear my head. But don’t get me wrong—I’m all for taking a rest day and spending time in my PJs. Sometimes, a cozy day at home with some Trader Joe's snacks is exactly what I need to recharge, and I encourage my clients to do the same.
